		<description>Anne, this is a great article and points out there are opportunities everywhere for buyers....finally.  Many buyers believe almost no matter where they are located in the bay area that prices will fall further.  While that is a possibility the reality is we don&#039;t have the large blocks of vacant land that erode value when new building occurs in other markets like Sacramento and Las Vegas.
