About Ann

In our rapidly changing San Francisco market, it is a difficult decision in finding a real estate agent that you like and trust to represent you and guide you through buying or selling one of your most important investments, your home.
Choose the San Francisco real estate agent that loves what they do, does it well and has the experience to analyze market trends, spot windows of opportunity, and has the skill to negotiate for you the best price for as a Buyer and the highest price for you as a Seller.
Ann Scherbert has over 25 years of real estate experience through 3 real estate cycles with Coldwell Banker in San Francisco. She was the first woman resident manager for Coldwell Banker in Northern California in their founding San Francisco flagship office, overseeing 50+ real estate agents for nearly twelve years before opening their 2nd San Francisco office. As Coldwell Banker grew to six offices in San Francisco, Ann went back to the flagship office to do what she loves best, assisting her San Francisco Buyers and Sellers.
An integral part of Ann Scherbert's longevity is her dedication to excellence with an intimate knowledge of her community, strong work ethic, combined with her professional business skills and her choice of only representing either the Buyer or the Seller in the same transaction.
